Prospering the National Policy Framework "Vistas of Prosperity and Splendour", the renovation work of Anuradhapura Thirappana Wannammaduwa tank was inaugurated under the National Program " Waari Saubhagya" with the presence of the State Minister of Solar Power, Wind and Hydro Power Generation Projects Development, Duminda Dissanayake.
This tank will be renovated at an estimated cost of Rs. 1.7 million.
Mr. Sarath Ilanghasinghe, Chairman of Thirappana Pradeshiya Sabha, Mr. Roshan Ilanghasinghe, political representatives and officials of Divisional Secretariats were present at this occasion.
